Post 3: Improving one's online image

Social Media is a powerful tool and everyone's online image portrays themselves to the whole world. A simple post can make or break you so be responsible with your post. Schools and employers check your online profile out and they decide if they want you or not. According to " Discovering and Marketing Your Physical Therapy Niche" by Charlotte Bohnett, she states that finding the right kind of Physical Therapy for you is key. Once found post things that you've done similarly to support where you stand and show what experience you have. These instructions she gives have helped students get into schools and overall looked better as a person. I intend to go to a school that  has a Physical Therapy program and one key thing that they check that aren't just grades are student social media accounts. If you are responsible and post public appropriate content to your social media than you are in the clear but, if you post yourself drinking and partying the chances of making it into the school is slim.

  1. Everyone can check our names on the internet, I thought only employers did that, but schools too that’s good to know
